Crisis Communication Template

You’ve likely heard the British Army adage, the 7 Ps, “Proper Planning and Preparation Prevents Poor Performance.” (It’s a little spicier than that, but you get the picture.)

After the flooding in 2022, many people asked if Yellowstone Country had a Crisis Communication Plan template. We’re sending it out to everyone again this spring for those who may have missed it. The document is intended to be a planning tool to help communities who may not have a plan in place already. Hopefully, we won’t face a severe wildfire season, but it is always possible, and it’s good be prepared! You can find the template in the Yellowstone Country Partner Center.
